The Internal Committee (IC) is an official body established to ensure that every female employee feels safe, respected, and protected at the workplace.
The committee exists to:
• Prevent and address any form of harassment or misconduct
• Provide a safe and confidential platform for complaint submission
• Investigate cases in a fair, unbiased, and time-bound manner
• Support employees emotionally and professionally during the process
• Promote a culture of dignity, equality, and workplace ethics
The IC includes:
• A senior female Presiding Officer
• Female and male employee representatives
• HR/Admin support
• An external independent member for neutrality
