How to Submit Suggestions or Feedback to Management

We encourage every employee to contribute ideas and feedback to improve the workplace.

You can submit feedback through:

➡ Helpdesk Portal → Create Ticket → Category: “Feedback / Suggestions”

Your identity can be kept confidential if requested. All suggestions are reviewed monthly by management.

✔ Constructive feedback is welcome

✔ Complaints and suggestions are treated separately

✔ Personal conflicts should not be submitted as feedback
