Attendance & leave rules for all employees:
✔ Office working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
✔ Half day considered after 1 PM arrival
✔ Weekly off as per shift policy
✔ Casual Leaves, Sick Leaves & Earned Leaves applicable
✔ Emergency leave must be notified at least 1 hour before shift
✔ Uninformed absence is subject to deduction & disciplinary action
