How to Report a Technical Issue (Computer / Internet / CRM)

Solution

If you face issues with:

• Computer or laptop not working

• Internet connection failures

• CRM login or access issues

• Email not working

• Software errors

• Printer or hardware issues

 

Please follow these steps:

1. Go to Helpdesk → Create Ticket

2. Select “IT Support” category

3. Describe the issue clearly

4. Attach screenshot of the error if possible

5. Submit and wait for auto-ticket number

 

⏱ Technicians generally respond within 1–4 working hours.
